Production Head

Position: Production Head – ICF Manufacturing

Location: Chennai

We are looking for a Production Head with 8–10+ years of experience in fabrication / ICF or railway component manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complete production operations for ICF components.
• Read and execute production plans and technical drawings.
• Lead and manage shop floor team (welders, operators, technicians).
• Oversee and maintain laser cutting, lathe, 80 & 100 ton press, welding machines, etc.
• Ensure quality, timely delivery, and process discipline.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in metal fabrication and team handling.
• Ability to work independently and meet production targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
