Job Responsibilities

  • Host and manage domestic & international group trips
  • Engage with guests, ensure smooth coordination, and maintain safety standards
  • Create engaging travel content for social media platforms (Reels/Posts/Stories)
  • Represent the brand during trips, events, and promotional campaigns
  • Handle live updates, trip highlights, and guest interactions for social media
  • Assist in trip planning, itinerary walkthroughs, and on-ground execution
  • Promote Tripyverse brand and trips through various marketing activities
  • Maintain professional communication and resolve guest issues during travel
  • Manage daily trip logs, basic documentation, and reporting

Requirements

  • Female candidates only (Travel-host role requirement)
  • 1–3 years experience in hosting, tourism, event management, or brand promotion
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi required)
  • Good camera presence & confidence for appearing on social media content
  • Ability to travel 70% of the month (weekends, holidays, long trips)
  • Pleasant personality, energetic, and people-friendly
  • Comfortable handling group coordination and on-ground responsibilities
  • Basic knowledge of Instagram, Reels, social media trends
  • Ability to manage pressure, travel challenges, and guest expectations

Good to Have

  • Experience in travel content creation
  • Experience as a trip leader / trip coordinator
  • Basic photography or video-shooting skills
  • Public speaking confidence
