Role Description

This is a full-time, 
on-site
 role based in 
Mumbai
. The E-commerce Marketplace Executive will be the primary driver of sales growth across all third-party platforms. The core responsibilities include:

Marketplace Operations & Growth

  • Manage, optimize, and grow
     sales across all existing e-commerce marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Purplle, Meesho).
  • End-to-end product listing
     management, including creating new product IDs, optimizing titles, descriptions, and high-quality image uploads, and ensuring inventory and pricing accuracy.

  • Monitor marketplace seller health metrics and implement strategies to maintain high seller ratings
     and performance standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure 
    timely order fulfillment
     and smooth return/exchange processes.

Advertising and performance

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns
     (PPC/Sponsored Ads) across platforms like 
    Amazon Ads
     and Flipkart/Myntra promotion tools to drive product visibility and sales velocity.
  • Conduct 
    in-depth performance analysis
     of ad campaigns (ROAS, ACOS, CTR) and marketplace sales data to identify trends, optimize spend, and maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement 
    promotional calendars
     and discount strategies in coordination with the marketing team.

Report & strategy

  • Provide regular, detailed reporting on sales performance, inventory levels, and marketing effectiveness to the management team.
  • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce platform features, policies, and beauty industry trends to inform strategy.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of proven experience
     in 
    Account Management
     and 
    Sales
     on major Indian e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in running and optimising paid advertising campaigns (PPC)
     on at least one major platform (Amazon Ads experience is highly preferred).
  • Proficient Analytical Skills
     to interpret complex sales data, campaign performance metrics, and market trends to drive actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of 
    product listing optimisation (SEO)
     principles for e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent 
    communication and collaboration skills
     to coordinate with logistics, content, and internal teams.
  • Team Management
     and organisational skills to potentially oversee and guide junior team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
