About the Role:

ZoomIn Productions is seeking a
Female E-commerce Executive
to manage product listings and daily operations across major online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, or Myntra. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate product data, coordinating between creative and operations teams, and ensuring seamless e-commerce execution.

This is an on-site role based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Catalogue Management:

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure product details, pricing, and images are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for updated product creatives and descriptions.

Inventory & Order Management:

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.
  • Track and manage order fulfillment, returns, and replacements.

Marketplace Coordination:

  • Communicate with platform representatives for operational and listing support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of listing or order-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar portals.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills.
  • Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Noida (on-site role).

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
