Responsibilities: ∙Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website and other online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, ). This includes overseeing the site's design, functionality, and user experience ∙Update, and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms. ∙Execute digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and social media campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales. ∙Coordinate with sales team, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and handling of returns and customer service issues. ∙Monitor and analyze online sales performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends using tools like Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions. ∙Develop and implement promotional campaigns and offers to boost customer engagement and sales. ∙Work closely with marketing, logistics, merchandising, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations from order fulfillment to customer service. ∙Implement promotional offers and campaigns to boost sales. ∙Create and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media) to drive traffic and sales

Required Qualifications and Skills: ∙A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required. ∙Proven experience in e-commerce operations or a related online sales role is essential. ∙Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and a good understanding of SEO/SEM techniques are crucial. ∙Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are necessary for success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
