About the Role -

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive ( Quick Commerce )with strong expertise in marketplace management. The candidate will be responsible for handling brand approvals, cataloguing, promotions, advertising campaigns, dispatch coordination, return management, and payment reconciliation.

This role focuses on ensuring smooth marketplace operations and driving online business growth.

Key Responsibilities -

Manage product listings, uploads, and catalogue QC on Flipkart and Amazon.

Handle brand approvals, category approvals, and compliance submissions.

Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and attributes for improved visibility.

Coordinate A+ content — including lifestyle images, infographics, and product videos.

Plan and execute promotions, coupons, discounts, and advertising campaigns .

Monitor product performance, competitor activity, and pricing trends.

Perform basic payment reconciliation with marketplace reports and settlements.

Coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Manage returns and reverse logistics — resolving marketplace issues and coordinating with internal teams.

Troubleshoot listing errors, QC rejections, and compliance issues.

Skills & Requirements -

1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce operations .

Strong knowledge of Seller Hub (Flipkart) and Seller Central (Amazon).

Hands-on experience with brand approvals, ads campaigns, coupons, and promotions.

Good understanding of dispatch coordination and return management.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (bulk uploads, reports, reconciliation).

Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Canova for content support.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred: Experience with FMCG/grocery product listings.

Good to Have: Exposure to automation/AI tools for cataloguing, reporting, and campaign optimization.
