  • The primary role of the E-commerce executive is to interact with customers to address their concerns, Handle customer queries and complaints received through Amazon and our own e-commerce website
  • Handling product related queries and provide resolution for the same (we will provide the technical training about the product to the candidate)
  • Reply to the messages from the customer on Amazon, managing returns and managing reviews of customers the Amazon
  • The person will often answer customer phone calls and emails, responding to customers' questions and concerns via text or calls. It will be a customer facing role
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and trust from customers.

Good to Have

  • Experience in handling e-commerce escalations and supports. Worked in E-commerce related support
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Basic knowledge about Excel for data tracking and reporting

We are a leading E-commerce brand in office ergonomic space having a wide presence on Amazon in field of Height Adjustable desks and Monitor stands

Our office timings are 10 am to 7 pm (Mon to Sat)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240, ₹300,000.00 per year
