Role Description
E-Commerce Manager (Marketplace Operations) – Mumbai
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 Years (Marketplace Operations)
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Incentive on sales
Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to handle day-to-day operations across leading marketplace portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Meesho, and Tata Cliq.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing marketplace operations, product cataloging, pricing, and advertising, and must be able to ensure smooth execution of all online sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor seller accounts across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Meesho, Tata Cliq).
Handle bulk product uploads, catalog creation, and updates using flat files or portal tools.
Execute bulk price revisions, stock updates, and offer management.
Plan and manage Sponsored Ads / Campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart to boost visibility and sales.
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, dispatch, returns, and inventory reconciliation.
Track daily performance metrics — sales, inventory, ratings, and customer feedback.
Resolve marketplace issues, listing errors, and policy compliance matters.
Support promotional campaigns, festival sales, and discount events.
Provide regular reports on performance and suggest improvement strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplace operations.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and at least one more portal (Ajio, Meesho, Tata Cliq).
Expertise in bulk cataloging, listings, and flat-file uploads.
Familiarity with advertising dashboards (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads).
Good understanding of pricing strategy, offers, and competitor tracking.
Strong Excel skills and ability to handle data efficiently.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
