Key Responsibilities:


• E-commerce Strategy & Management

  • Plan and execute the brands e-commerce roadmap across owned (D2C

website) and third-party platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

  • Optimize site performance, UX, and content to improve conversions and

customer engagement.

  • Drive merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies tailored for the

online channel.


• Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Coordinate with performance marketing teams to manage paid campaigns

(Google Ads, Meta, Affiliate, etc.).

  • Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and bounce rate.
  • Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.) to derive insights

and optimize strategy.


• Channel Expansion & Partnerships

  • Identify and onboard new marketplace opportunities and niche platforms.
  • Manage relationships and performance with marketplaces and e-retail

partners.

  • Ensure product listings, pricing, and brand consistency across channels.


• Inventory & Operations Coordination

  • Collaborate with supply chain and warehousing teams to ensure timely order

fulfillment.

  • Monitor stock levels and forecast demand based on sales trends.
  • Manage return and refund policies in line with customer satisfaction goals.


• Team & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with content, design, tech, and customer service teams.
