Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive
Inside Sales Associate
to join our team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, following up with leads, coordinating with clients, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to order closure. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a drive to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle
    inbound leads
    from WhatsApp, calls, email, and Instagram
  • Make
    outbound calls
    to follow up with warm leads and convert them into sales
  • Explain CPP's
    packaging solutions, pricing, and product benefits
    to customers
  • Share
    catalogs, quotations, and product samples
    with potential clients
  • Maintain accurate
    lead logs and daily activity reports
    in Google Sheets/CRM
  • Coordinate with
    dispatch and production teams
    for smooth order processing
  • Build and maintain long-term
    client relationships
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in
    English, Telugu, or Hindi
  • Confidence in telecalling and WhatsApp-based selling
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate pricing
  • Good organization skills to track leads and follow-ups
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in
    packaging, printing, or FMCG sales
  • Prior exposure to B2B customer handling
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
    or lead tracking systems

Qualifications

  • Graduate in
    Any Discipline
  • 0–2 years of sales or customer service experience (freshers with confidence in communication may apply)
