Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Nagpur. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues raised by clients or end-users. The role involves providing high-quality technical support, analyzing and addressing problems, and ensuring a positive customer service experience. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve technical solutions and assist in training and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Demonstrates excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and finding technical solutions.
  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to provide prompt and effective assistance to clients and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a high-paced environment.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as IT, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a technical support or related role is a strong advantage.
