We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Artist Manager to coordinate and manage relationships with artists, performers, and talent across a range of live events. From music festivals and corporate events to brand activations and cultural showcases, you will be the primary liaison ensuring the artist experience is seamless, professional, and on-brand.

You'll work closely with internal teams including production, programming, hospitality, and logistics, as well as directly with artists, agents, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Artist Liaison: Act as the key point of contact for artists before, during, and after the event.
  • Contract Management: Assist with reviewing and coordinating performance contracts, riders, and deliverables.
  • Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate artist travel, accommodations, per diems, and onsite movements (soundchecks, meet & greets, stage time, etc.)
  • On-Site Support: Ensure artists are guided and supported throughout the event — from arrival to departure.
  • Technical & Hospitality Riders: Work with production and hospitality teams to fulfill artist requirements.
  • Crisis Management: Handle last-minute changes, artist requests, or emergencies with discretion and efficiency.
  • Budget Oversight: Track artist-related expenses and help manage budget allocations.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with booking agents, stage managers, production crews, and security to ensure smooth execution.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure artists meet event branding, content, and conduct guidelines when applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Artist Manager, Tour Manager, Talent Coordinator, or Event Producer
  • Strong understanding of the event production and entertainment industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Calm under pressure with outstanding problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple artists and schedules simultaneously
  • Familiarity with artist riders, booking procedures, and live performance logistics
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (evenings/weekends/event days)
  • Proficiency with basic project management tools (Google Workspace, Excel, scheduling tools)

Preferred:

  • Background in music, live performance, or arts & culture events
  • Existing network of artist contacts or experience working with high-profile talent
  • Multilingual skills are a plus (especially in international event settings)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
