Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Varanasi. The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily tasks include planning, coordinating, and executing project activities, managing project teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. The Project Manager will also be responsible for expediting processes, conducting inspections, and managing logistics.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Project Management
  • Experience with Expediting and Logistics Management
  • Competent in conducting Inspections and managing Expeditor tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
