Position: Hospital Billing Incharge

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Billing Incharge to oversee and manage hospital billing operations, ensure accuracy in billing processes, and lead the billing team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end billing for OPD, IPD, Corporate, TPA, and Cash patients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely bill generation and closure.
  • Coordinate with TPA/corporate teams for approvals and documentation.
  • Oversee revenue cycle, payment reconciliation, and outstanding follow-ups.
  • Lead, train, and monitor billing staff.
  • Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance.
  • Handle patient billing queries and resolve issues professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.
  • 5–6 years of relevant hospital billing experience (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of billing workflows, ICD codes, and TPA processes.
  • Proficiency in HIS billing systems and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
