Opportunity in the Healthcare sector — Multi‑speciality Hospital services, delivering inpatient and outpatient care across clinical specialties in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. We are hiring an on‑site Medical Billing Executive to own patient billing, insurer interactions, and revenue integrity for a busy hospital environment.

Medical Billing Executive (On‑Site) — Navi Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end patient billing: generate accurate invoices, apply tariffs, validate services, and close bills before discharge.
  • Process and follow up insurance/TPA claims: obtain pre‑authorizations, submit claims via TPA portals, track rejections and resolve denials.
  • Maintain and update records in the Hospital Information System (HIS) and billing platforms; ensure correct coding and charge capture.
  • Reconcile daily collections and payments, post receipts, prepare revenue reports, and support month‑end billing close.
  • Coordinate with clinical, front‑desk, pharmacy, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and expedite claim settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with GST invoicing, hospital billing policies, and data privacy; assist during internal and external audits.
