We are a growing healthcare services organization operating in the tertiary & secondary hospital sector across India, delivering inpatient, outpatient, pharmacy and allied clinical services. We are expanding core clinical, operational and commercial teams at on-site locations—hiring leaders and individual contributors to scale patient care, clinical governance, and revenue operations.

Standardized Title: Head of Marketing (Healthcare)

• Role & Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-channel marketing strategy to drive patient volumes, brand awareness and digital lead generation across services.

• Manage marketing budget, campaigns (SEO/SEM, social, content), and CRM-driven patient acquisition & retention programs.

• Partner with clinical leaders to develop service-line positioning, physician outreach and PR initiatives.

• Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Healthcare Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM, SEO, SEM

• Preferred: HubSpot or Salesforce experience

• Role & Responsibilities

• Own hospital operations including facility management, vendor & procurement oversight, and P&L delivery.

• Implement SOPs, process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma principles) and patient-flow optimisation to improve turnaround and throughput.

• Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Hospital Operations, P&L Management, Vendor Management, Process Optimization

• Preferred: Six Sigma or quality management exposure

Standardized Title: Nursing Superintendent (Head Nursing)

• Role & Responsibilities

• Lead nursing services, staffing, rostering, clinical governance and nurse development to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

• Drive adherence to NABH standards, infection control practices and patient-safety initiatives.

• Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Nurse Staffing, Clinical Governance, NABH Standards

• Preferred: IPC/quality audit experience

Standardized Title: Medical Billing & Front Office Executive

• Role & Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration, billing, insurance/TPA coordination and cash/credit reconciliation at front desk.

• Manage claims submission, follow-up, and AR resolution to reduce days outstanding.

• Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Medical Billing Software, ICD-10, CPT Coding, TPA Coordination

Standardized Title: Pharmacist (Hospital)

• Role & Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient and outpatient dispensing, drug inventory, expiry control and pharmacy compliance.

• Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Pharmacy Inventory Management, Dispensing Systems, Pharmacovigilance

Standardized Title: Clinical Dietitian

• Role & Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional assessments, therapeutic diet plans and counseling for inpatients and OPD patients.

• Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Therapeutic Diet Planning, Nutritional Assessment

Standardized Title: Infection Control Nurse

• Role & Responsibilities

• Lead IPC program: surveillance, outbreak response, sterilization & disinfection audits, and staff training.

• Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Infection Prevention andControl, Sterilization, Surveillance and Reporting

Standardized Title: Medical Records & Documentation Executive

• Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate medical records, manage release of information, coding accuracy and medico-legal documentation.

• Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Medical Records Management, EMR, ICD-10

Standardized Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

• Role & Responsibilities

• Provide round-the-clock clinical cover: patient assessment, emergency stabilization, prescriptions, and escalation to consultants.

• Must-Have: Emergency Stabilization, ACLS, BLS
