  • Proficiency in compensation benchmarking, enabling data-driven and market-aligned approaches when structuring employment offers and negotiating packages.
  • In-depth familiarity with applicant tracking systems for efficient management of candidate workflows, reporting, and compliance with recruitment processes.
  • Exceptional abilities in talent sourcing, leveraging multiple channels including professional networks, social media, and industry events to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Commitment to building and promoting employer branding initiatives to position the hospital as an employer of choice in the healthcare industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to fulfill both immediate and long-term staffing requirements across all departments of the hospital.
  • Lead talent mapping and workforce planning efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and addressing future talent needs proactively.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition and advertising to offer negotiation and onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Partner closely with department heads and senior management to understand talent requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Leverage workforce analytics and market intelligence to continually improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate quality.
  • Oversee and enhance the usage of applicant tracking systems to drive process efficiency, maintain accurate records, and produce regular recruitment reports.
  • Champion the organization's employer brand, participating in career fairs and building strong relationships with professional institutions and talent networks.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards throughout all hiring processes, upholding the hospital's value of respect for life and service excellence.
