Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Billing Specialist located in Mumbai. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing the billing process, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and maintaining records. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing billing data, generating invoices, and communicating with clients and internal teams to address any billing-related inquiries. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting & Presentations

- Prepare Monthly Management Reports (MMR) by the 12th of each month.

- Submit 7 FM reports by the 15th.

- Create and present Quarterly Review PPTs.

2. System Implementation

- Lead the implementation of the Core system by 31st July 2025.

3. Billing Accuracy

- Ensure 100% accurate invoice generation by the 6th of every month.

4. Revenue Management

- Monitor unbilled revenue to ensure it does not exceed 30 days.

- Ensure timely accounting of credit notes and manage deduction controls within 2 months of client collections.

- Recognize revenue for billable reimbursable expenses, consumables, and equipment billing (excluding composite contracts) as per approved UPT.

5. Compliance

- Implement and manage Lower TDS Certificate U/s 197 for all customers.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of billing processes and revenue recognition.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of TDS and other statutory compliance.

Additional Requirements :

  • Any Graduate from Recognized University
  • 5+ Years of experience in Billing , Collections & Invoice Generation.
  • Knowledge of Tally , Microsoft Excel, etc .
  • Location - Mumbai ( Andheri ) ( Work from Office )
  • Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days
