  • Should have excellent excel working knowledge.
  • Process billing for US Captives region and Islands along with checking agreements and verifying the details.
  • Maintaining track of billings and checking each and every request is completed.
  • Setting up new clients in the system such as RMB, BCA and GCMS.
  • Helping in International billing for raising invoices, reconciling forecast and WIP files, creating a summary of all invoices and sending it to upper management.
  • Helping the US stakeholders in whatever information they require such as invoice copies processing urgent billings, etc.
  • Tracking revenue for US Consulting and preparing report for the revenue for Marsh and sending it to upper management.
  • Preparing various reports such as SCIP, Open aged receivables and HUB report
  • Chasing clients for outstanding invoices and decreasing the outstanding payments month on month
  • Helping the colleagues in US in the billings for their domicile in case they have volumes.
