
Business Development Head

- Define and execute strategies for wholesale bond sales & distribution.
- Acquire, manage, and grow relationships with institutions, corporates, banks, NBFCs, and large investors.
- Drive revenue growth through secondary market & primary bond offerings.
- Expand network via channel partners, brokers, and institutional distributors.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI/RBI guidelines and internal risk policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of BDEs focused on wholesale bond transactions.
- Provide regular market insights, MIS, and performance reports to the Director.
- 8–12 years of experience in Debt Markets / Wholesale Bonds / Institutional Sales / Broking.
- Deep knowledge of bond markets, fixed-income products, and debt instruments.
- Proven track record in handling institutional & corporate clients.
- Strong leadership, negotiation & relationship management skills.
- NISM certifications preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,400, ₹1,800,000.00 per month
