Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations, and expanding our presence in the healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, administrators, and decision-makers.
Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
Client Relationship Management:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Healthcare Market Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the healthcare market.
Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to drive business growth.
Requirements and Skills:
Experience in business development, sales, insurance sales, or a related field in the healthcare industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and competitor activity.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with healthcare professionals, including doctors and administrators.
Knowledge of healthcare technology, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
Salary Range: 15,000 to 25,000
