Business Development Executive

Drive Sales Growth: Convert Leads to Showroom Visits & Secure Business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify high-potential sales leads (finding & visiting new construction buildings).
  • Conversion Focus: Strategize and execute follow-up to convert qualified leads into confirmed showroom visits
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and pipeline status.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Own Two-Wheeler + Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.
  • Must own and utilize a Smartphone for lead management and communication.
  • Proven experience in a target-driven sales/telemarketing role.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
