Business Development Associate

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, client communication, and achieving monthly targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into successful business deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Prepare and update daily reports and sales records.
- Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and deliver consistent performance.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing and after-sales support.
- Represent the company professionally in every communication.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months–1 year experience in Sales / Business Development (tele-sales).
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English preferred).
- Confident personality with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is an added advantage.
