MusicParadise Events is looking for an experienced Event Manager for premium corporate events, brand experiences, and luxury weddings.

Presales & Planning:**


• Attend client meetings and understand event briefs in detail.


• Create event concepts, themes, and layouts in collaboration with the creative team.


• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, feasibility, and production planning.


• Prepare presentations, budgets, and timelines for pitches.


• Plan detailed event flow, technical requirements, and manpower distribution.

On-Event Duties:


• Lead on-site execution of events from setup to dismantle.


• Coordinate with A/V, lighting, décor, production, artist, and hospitality teams.


• Supervise client interactions and ensure smooth communication on event days.


• Manage rehearsals, cues, and last-minute changes confidently.


• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.


• Handle vendor coordination, load-in/load-out, and logistics efficiently.


• Prepare post-event reports and learnings for continuous improvement.

Requirements


• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in event management (corporate / weddings / experiential).


• Strong understanding of A/V, production, logistics, and show flow.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.


• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with production layouts is a plus.


• Willingness to travel and manage extended hours during event days.
