Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Event Manager located in Gurugram. The role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events to ensure seamless delivery. Key tasks include liaising with vendors, managing event logistics, and assisting with budgeting and timeline management. The Assistant Event Manager will also collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

  • Event Planning, Coordination, and Logistics Management skills
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management experience
  • Budgeting and Timeline Management proficiency
  • Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to tight deadlines
  • Passion for creating memorable event experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in event management or a similar role is an advantage
