Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Beauty Consultant, located in Indore. The Senior Beauty Consultant will provide expert advice to customers, assist in selecting products that match their needs, and create engaging in-store experiences. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, sharing in-depth knowledge about skincare and beauty products, recommending personalized solutions, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and brand representation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cosmetology and knowledge of skincare techniques and trends
  • Comprehensive understanding of beauty and skincare products, with strong Product Knowledge
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to build rapport and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Proven experience in Retail Sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • A passion for skincare and self-care, with an ability to communicate these effectively to clients
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in a luxury retail environment is a plus
  • Certification or relevant qualification in Cosmetology or a related field is advantageous
