Role Summary

As a Beauty Advisor at Kimirica, you'll be the face of our brand in-store—helping customers discover our products, understand their benefits, and enjoy a personalized shopping experience. Your goal will be to drive sales through genuine customer engagement and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with a warm, consultative approach
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable skincare, bath, and wellness products
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and usage
  • Meet daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
  • Ensure product displays and shelves are well-stocked and merchandised
  • Handle billing, packaging, and maintain customer service standards
  • Gather customer feedback and build strong repeat clientele

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in retail, preferably in beauty/wellness brands
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-first attitude with a passion for beauty and self-care
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per store operations
  • Presentable and confident with strong sales acumen

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
