Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Advisor located in Indore. The Beauty Advisor will engage with customers to provide personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service. They will ensure in-depth knowledge of the company's skincare and wellness products, promote retail sales, and assist with product demonstrations and consultations. Additionally, the Beauty Advisor will help maintain an inviting and organized store environment.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology and skin care principles
  • Strong understanding of product knowledge and familiarity with retail sales practices
  • Exceptional customer service skills to build positive client relationships
  • Ability to effectively communicate product benefits and demonstrate their usage
  • Proven sales skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Previous experience in skincare, cosmetics, or retail is preferred
  • Passion for self-care, wellness, and ethical products
  • High standard of personal grooming and professional appearance
