Senior Functional Consultant
to lead end-to-end implementations across SAP FICO and treasury platforms, bridging business needs with robust system capabilities.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, understands the nuances of finance and accounting, and can drive solution excellence across SAP and non-SAP platforms".

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Finance SME across SAP FICO, Treasury (Murex/Alladin), and Tax platforms.
  • Lead workshops with stakeholders to capture and refine finance process requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specs and configure SAP FICO / Treasury modules.
  • Drive integration, testing, data migration, and reconciliation during cutover.
  • Lead UAT and ensure business readiness for go-live.
  • Support training, SOP creation, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and enhancements.

What We're Looking For:

  • CA / ICWA / MCom / BCom with strong finance fundamentals.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO and/or treasury/tax solution implementations.
  • Deep understanding of finance processes: closing, consolidation, taxation, budgeting, forecasting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
