Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Manager and Hiring Manager, based in Haveli. The Fleet Manager and Hiring Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the company's electric vehicle fleet, including monitoring vehicle usage, maintenance, and efficiency. This role is also responsible for recruiting and onboarding drivers and other logistics personnel. The individual will ensure operational efficiency, coordinate logistics, and implement strategies for improved performance and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Fleet Management, including vehicle monitoring, maintenance scheduling, and efficiency optimization
  • Skills in Recruitment and Hiring, with a focus on driver onboarding and training
  • Proficiency in Logistics Coordination, including route planning and resource allocation
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Environmental commitment and an understanding of sustainability practices in logistics
  • Any Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
