Role & responsibilities :
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of staff. Collaborate with department heads to identify required skills and competencies for roles. - Induction and Onboarding: onboarding new employees with all formalities.
- Policy & Compliance
Enforce company policies and practices. Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulatory requirements. - Performance Management
Conduct performance evaluations, facilitate feedback, and manage disciplinary actions and terminations as per company policy. - Strategic Partnership & Succession Planning
Work with leadership to align HR strategy with business needs. Develop retention and succession strategies to prepare for future talent requirements. - Learning & Development
Design and implement training initiatives to support internal employee growth and readiness. - Staying Updated on Best Practices
Keep abreast of HR trends, regulatory changes, and evolving technologies in talent management and employment law.
