Position: Assistant HR

Location: Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month

Experience Required: 1 – 3 years

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant HR to support our HR department in day-to-day operations. The candidate should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a passion for people management and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee queries and provide HR-related support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in performance management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream (HR specialization preferred).
  • 1–3 years of HR experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HRMS and MS Office tools.
  • Good understanding of HR policies and statutory compliance.
