Job Description:
Designation-HR Executive- 2
Position Qualification- BBA / MBA (HR) or any graduate
Experience – 1 to 2Year.
Report to- HR Executive
Job Type- Full Time
Salary- As per industry standard/ Based on interview
Job Location- Chinchwad MIDC.
Key Responsibilities:·
Recruitment & Onboarding:
o Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
o Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication.
o Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
· Employee Relations:
o Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
o Assist in conflict resolution and facilitate employee engagement programs.
· Performance Management:
o Assist in performance appraisal processes by gathering feedback, scheduling reviews, and tracking employee progress.
o Support managers in setting goals and addressing performance concerns.
· Training & Development:
o Identify training needs and assist in organizing training programs for employees.
o Track employee development and ensure continuous learning opportunities are available.
· HR Documentation & Compliance:
o Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
o Ensure HR documentation, such as contracts and policies, is up to date and properly filed.
· General HR Support:
o Assist in maintaining HR systems and databases.
o Help organize company events, employee wellness programs, and other HR initiatives.
Required Skills:
· Proven experience in HR or administration, ideally in an HR support role.
· Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
