Role Overview

We are hiring Closing Managers / Sr. Closing Managers to handle the complete sales closing and post-sales process for luxury real estate projects. The role involves end-to-end management of documentation, disbursements, agreement execution, registration, and ensuring RERA compliance while delivering a seamless, premium experience for HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the full sales closing cycle for luxury projects.
  • Handle documentation, disbursements, agreement execution, and property registration.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, banks, and legal teams for smooth transactions.
  • Maintain records and workflows using CRM tools and MS Excel.
  • Provide exceptional client service to HNI customers, ensuring a premium experience.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury real estate closings.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation, registration, RERA compliance, and disbursement procedures.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and documentation workflows.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Female candidates only.
