Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Jaipur. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing strategies to improve ROI, and managing advertising budgets. Day-to-day tasks include keyword research, competitive analysis, A/B testing, and creating performance reports. The role requires close collaboration with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Digital Marketing, Online Advertising, and PPC Campaign Management skills
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, and Keyword Research
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics Tools such as Google Analytics
  • Skills in A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
