Job Post: SEO Specialist (US Market Experience)

Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (Work From Office)

Shift: Night Shift (8 PM – 5 AM, aligned with US timings)

Experience Required: 2-4 Years

About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and results-driven SEO Specialist who understands the complete SEO process — from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, capable of handling multiple projects independently, and skilled in preparing monthly performance and analytics reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform on-page optimization — meta tags, URL structure, content optimization, internal linking, schema markup, etc.
  • Execute off-page SEO activities such as link building, guest posting, citations, and outreach campaigns.
  • Handle technical SEO aspects including site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and indexation.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Prepare detailed monthly SEO reports highlighting key metrics, progress, and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
  • Manage and execute 2–3 projects independently, ensuring consistent performance and quality results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website structure.-
  • Experience with local SEO and GMB optimization.
  • Understanding of content marketing and its alignment with SEO strategy.
