Job Description – MIS Executive

Location: Udaipur

Preference: Female candidates will be given priority.

Role Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing and maintaining reports in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint based on the data provided by management. The role involves ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and supporting different departments with required documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and compile data from different teams/departments.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports in Excel.
  • Create presentations (PPT) for management review.
  • Draft and maintain Word documents like SOPs, summaries, and letters.
  • Ensure accuracy and formatting consistency in all reports.
  • Support management in data entry, analysis (basic), and report generation.
  • Maintain proper filing and backup of all MIS reports.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Good skills in MS PowerPoint (presentation making).
  • Ability to draft and format documents in MS Word.
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Commerce.
  • 2 years of experience in data entry / MIS / reporting roles.
