Accounts Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Data Management**:

- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting software.
- Prepare and verify financial statements, reports, and records.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

**Accounts Receivable and Payable**:

- Manage and monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.

**MIS Reporting**:

- Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to management.

**Audit Support**:

- Prepare necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with auditors and provide required information.
- Implement recommendations from audit findings.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting practices and regulations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts and MIS Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 4.5 per week

Schedule:

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CA Inter (preferred)
