An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Key responsibilities include:

- **Financial Record Keeping**: Processing invoices, receipts, and payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- **Bookkeeping**: Posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
- **Tax Compliance**: Assisting in tax return preparation and ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
- **Reconciliation**: Reconciling bank statements and internal accounts.
- **Client/Vendor Management**: Managing payments, invoices, and collections.
- **Reporting**: Providing financial reports and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
- **Tender Filing**: Assisting in preparing and submitting tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
- **Tally Knowledge**: Using Tally software for data entry, financial reporting, and maintaining accounts.

Experience: 2+ Years

Work Location: Udaipur (Raj.)

Pay: ₹10,917.74 - ₹27,867.58 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
