Role Overview This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role for a revenue-driven professional ready to scale a premium B2B business in the higher education space. You will be responsible for driving new business, expanding institutional partnerships, maximizing renewals, and unlocking new revenue verticals. The objective is clear: deliver 3X growth in 2 years and 10X in 5 years through sharp execution, strategic relationships, and a digital-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Lead institutional sales across universities, B-Schools, and HEIs pan-India
  • Build and scale key account relationships with Vice Chancellors, Deans, Directors, and Boards
  • Drive multi-product strategy through renewals, upsells, and new solution introductions
  • Identify and develop new revenue verticals that align with the existing client base
  • Oversee the sales pipeline including forecasting, pricing strategy, and closing operations
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align GTM strategies, campaigns, and messaging
  • Leverage CRM, analytics, AI, and automation to scale outreach and improve conversion

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of B2B sales and business development experience in sectors such as: o Academic Content Publishing o EdTech (B2B

Higher Education) o Higher Ed SaaS or University Partnerships o University Rankings & Assessment Organizations o Corporate Learning with Campus Engagement Focus

  • Demonstrated success in high-ticket consultative selling and enterprise account management
  • Excellent CXO-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of revenue strategy, pipeline forecasting, and strategic sales planning
  • Digital-first mindset with demonstrated use of AI tools and automation platforms
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to influence, build trust, and lead partnerships

Education Requirement


• MBA or PGDM (Full-Time) from a recognized Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school is mandatory

Compensation :

Rs 18 to 24 Lakhs PA Plus Performance Based Incentives .
