Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations in our accounts consultancy office. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have good communication and coordination skills, and support both the accounting and management teams in ensuring smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative activities including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with clients and maintain appointment schedules.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and messages.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as required.
  • Ensure smooth communication for taking admission.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Commerce background preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in office administration or accounting support.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
