Administration Officer

An Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records. Administrative officers are responsible for day-to-day task management in within an organization. This role requires multitasking across a range of responsibilities, including scheduling, handling payroll and accounting activities, receiving and forwarding communications, and taking care of more general clerical duties. Administrative officers may also be responsible for event planning and organization, as well as serving as a greeter for incoming clients.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
