Senior CRM Specialist

What you will do- Utilizing tools like Power Automate, Scribe, SSIS or any other integration tool that could be used for building new integrations for existing countries or building new integrations for new countries which we need to onboard.
- Develop features in Dynamics CRM using the Dynamic CRM framework, .net, pluings, java etc.
- Daily support (2nd/3rd line) working and maintaining workflows, maintaining, and updating global meta data, system views, power BI reports and dashboards, and other technical areas of CRM doing Configuration and Customizations.
- Build integration as required using Power Automate or any other integration tools.
- Participate in daily stand-ups with the Retail CRM Team. Update daily tasks and ask for help if required.
- Stay on top of new functionality and new opportunities for utilizing CRM Online (Dynamics 365) and related integration
5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development.
Experience with Dynamics CRM integration tools (Power Automate, Scribe, SSIS)
- Experience with doing Support and be able to communicate with many different type of persons.
- Experience (2nd/3rd line) support and maintaining workflows, maintaining, and updating global metadata, system views, reports and dashboards, and other technical areas of CRM (Configuration and Customization)
- Experience with .Net (C#) based software development inside Dynamics CRM (javascrips, plugins, etc)tools as business enablers
- Should have good understanding of different software architectures
