Role: CRM Specialist – Veeva & Salesforce Admin
Description: We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist with strong expertise in Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, and Salesforce Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing CRM platforms to support commercial excellence in the life sciences domain. The role requires a mix of business process understanding, hands-on technical skills, and stakeholder management to ensure seamless CRM adoption and alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Veeva CRM and Veeva Align to support business requirements.
- Act as the Salesforce Administrator, ensuring smooth functionality, user management, role hierarchies, and data governance.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
- Oversee territory alignment, roster management, call planning, and incentive compensation alignment through Veeva Align.
- Manage CRM enhancements, releases, and change requests while maintaining system integrity.
- Provide user training, support, and documentation to drive adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Commercial Ops) to align CRM with broader digital transformation goals.
- Ensure compliance with pharma industry regulations and data privacy standards (GxP, GDPR, etc.).
- Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
Must Have
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
- 3–5 years' experience with strong hands-on exposure to Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, and Salesforce Administration.
- Salesforce Admin certification (preferred).
- Proven track record of managing CRM projects in the pharma/life sciences domain.
- Strong understanding of territory management, roster alignments, and incentive planning.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in regulated environments with adherence to compliance standards.
