Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area/Regional Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include coordinating with the marketing team, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and presentations
- Experience in the fragrances and flavors industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
