Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi. As a Business Development Manager (O&M), you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Your day-to-day tasks will include market research, developing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, market research, and strategic planning for O&M
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of environmental engineering and new energy sectors
- Ability to develop business proposals and negotiate contracts
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the environmental or energy sector is a plus
