Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Delhi, India, for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing business strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to align business development goals with the company's overall strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
- Proven experience in Market Research, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience in the finance or bookkeeping industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
