Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer queries via phone, WhatsApp & app chat.
Help users understand meal subscriptions, deliveries & payments.
Make outbound calls for plan renewals, upgrades & cross-selling.
Resolve concerns promptly & escalate technical issues if needed.
Maintain accurate call logs & CRM updates daily.
Collect feedback & motivate happy customers to share reviews.
Requirements
Good command of spoken Hindi & English (Marathi a plus).
Clear, confident & empathetic communication style.
Basic Excel & CRM understanding (training provided).
Willingness to learn, adapt & grow in a fast-paced environment.
