Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Call and follow up with clients to generate site visits.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term trust with customers & maintain developer/channel partner relationships.
- Client Consultation: Understand client requirements and suggest the best property options.
- Site Visits & Deal Closure: Take clients for property visits, explain project benefits, and close deals.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly/quarterly sales & revenue goals.
- Customer Service: Ensure a smooth after-sales experience and client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Experience: 0 to 03 years in Real Estate / Sales executive/ Customer Relationship Manager (Freshers with good communication skills welcome).
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building
Personality: Confident, ambitious, target-driven, and a go-getter.
- Requirement: Must have a 2-wheeler & valid driving license.
