Job Summary
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills to expand the company's market presence and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and opportunities.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate products or services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Participate in business development meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (for entry-level, internships are acceptable).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
